• We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, but minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (courier issues, weather, etc.) are not under our control.

5. Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Valid reasons for replacement:

  • Wrong product received

  • Size issue

  • Damaged or defective item

Note:

• No refunds, only replacements are allowed.

• Reverse shipping may be chargeable depending on the case.

6. No Return / No Refund Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for replacement.
